Standard

These are simple confessions I wrote a few years back from the book of James. You can speak them over your life. (1)

I am not jealous neither do I desire what others have
I will resist the devil and he WILL flee from me
I will not judge others because I am a doer of the law and not a judge of it.
My yes is yes and my no is no.
When I’m suffering evil, I will pray.
When I’m sick my prayer in faith will heal me
and the Lord will restore me, and my sins will be forgiven.

I will confess my sins and will be restored.
My prayers make tremendous power available.
I do not harbor bitter envy in my heart, I do not boast or deny the truth.
I do my deeds in humility through the wisdom of heaven, which is pure, peaceful, considerate, submissive, full of mercy, impartial and sincere.
I receive what I ask, because I ask it with the right motives.
I wash my hands and purify my heart because I am not double minded.
I humble myself before God and he lifts me up and makes my life significant.
I am blessed because I persevere.
